Rules

$10 entry fee must accompany picks.
( $1 from every entry will be set a side for pool expenses, Photo copying, web space...
  What ever is left over will be returned to the pot

- On a printed pick sheet, pick a winning team (circle the winner or highlight! ) for every game for the regular season.

- online picks pick a winning team for every game for the regular season. We will make make a hard copy of your online picks, this will be your official entry

- All entries must be in by June 30 09.  No entries will be accepted after this date.

- You earn a point for every game you pick right, e.g. the team you pick to win, wins.

- If a game ends up tied, no points are given out for that game.

- If the team you pick to win, loses, you get no points for that game.

- The person who has the most points at the end of the season wins 1st place in the pool.
- 1st in pool wins 70% of pot.
- 2nd in pool wins 20% of pot.
- 3rd in pool wins 10% of pot

- Payouts will be paid soon after the regular season is over.

-Tie Breaker
  Pick the combined score of the last game of the season. (Game 82 Nov 01 BC @ Calgary) .
 The score closest wins the tie

- A tie can still happen if

players pick the same score for game 82

players are the same amount off the game score

- In the event of a ties the pool pot will break down.
  3 or more people tied for 1st - 100% of the pot is divided up evenly. No payouts for 2nd or 3rd.
  2 people tied for 1st - 90% of pot is divided up between the two people tied. 10% for 3rd. If more than one person tied for 3rd they split up the 10%.
1 person in 1st - 70% of pot.  2 or more teid for 2nd split 30%.  No
payout for 3rd.
1 person in 1st - 70%. 1 person in 2nd 20%.  2 or more tied for 3rd
split 10% of pot.

- In the case of a difference between the web site picks and the hard copies handed in, the hard copies will be used as the final say for your picks.

-If a game is missed on a printed pick sheet, the pick will be the home team

-If the tie breaker score is missed on a printed pick sheet, the score will be 50

- If winnings are not claimed withing 90 days they will be included in next seasons pool
